Work Back Injury: Claim Compensation For Ongoing Problems?

I suffered a back injury in a crushing accident at work 8 years ago – can I still make a claim for compensation from my employers as my back problems are ongoing?

The law in England and Wales generally allows three years from the date of injury or date of knowledge of injury to commence a claim at court failing which a claim will be out of
time.

It seems to me that your accident event was very clear and although you are still
suffering now – I think from the information you have given your date of knowledge of
injury seems to be the date of the original accident.
