Having tried two "No Win No Fee" companies off the t.v., who hardly gave me the time of day once they heard that it was a back injury sustained at work, I found Kevin's site extremely informative and decided to give my claim one more go with Kevin. His call-back and locating a firm of solicitors dealing with industrial claims was very prompt, and the firm that he passed my claim on to were also very helpful and considerate. Unfortunately I could not proceed with my claim as we could not find enough evidence of neglect, but at least Kevin took the time to try for me, which was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend Kevin to anyone who has sustained an injury.

Title: The roundabout collision - who's to blame?

Coming out of a roundabout, I could not avoid colliding into a driver who came out of her lane to overtake the queue ahead of her. I now had to face the other party's claim that I was to blame. Not knowing what to do I turned to Kevin for some good advice, mainly wanting to know whether pictures of my damaged car could help determine who was at fault.Kevin called me early the next day and explained at length what it was I need to be on the lookout for. Did you know that for every accident you can claim to see the engineer's report, whose professional account and impression of the damage is crucial in determining the party at fault.

It is not often that you get excellent advice and guidance immediately and free of charge. I was very pleased with Kevin Bolton's comments and observation .

Sincere thanks for the support when I really needed it!

I actually found your site by trawling through the results of a "google" search. I emailed you, as you know, because I did not know that a "law society personal injury panel" was in existence. After reading through your web site (it takes time but well worth the effort) being very informative and letting the general public, like me!, know of the various specialist lawyers out there. Through TV advertising most people now know of "no win, no fee" lawyers, very few indeed know that these solicitors may NOT be specialists in the personal injury field!) I decided to use your links to see if my lawyer was a member of the panel, He is not. I know that this does not necessarily mean he is "bad" lawyer, but in retrospect, if I had found your site earlier I would most certainly have chosen one with panel accreditation.

Other interesting things from the links on your site; Iwas able to lookup my lawyers' details, company size, number of offices, fields of work, and obviously if they were accredited to any of the panels mentioned.

Various other things became apparent: Biggest is NOT always the best, being passed from one lawyer to another mid case is problematic. Lawyers promoted by "no win, no fee" advertising are not necessarily specialists in the field of claim, and many of the intricacies of funding "no win no fee" cases are far better explained on your site than in the documentation provided to me.

I am more than happy for you to use any of the above text for your site and feel free to put my name to it.

It’s a shame that more of the legal profession have not done the same and constructed informative sites like this. The "no win no fee" system at least now allows the "little man" to take huge business's to court, but unless he has a dedicated specialist lawyer, as these companies invariably do, his prospects are slim.
